Official Rules 3. SWEEPSTAKES RUN PERIOD . Sweepstakes runs August 1, 2005 – September 30, 2005 . Entries must be postmarked or e-mailed no later than 11:59 p.m. (ET), September 30, 2005 . You may enter multiple times; however, only one entry per person will be counted. 4. ENTRY IF UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE : Entrants under the age of 13 MUST obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian in order to enter the sweepstakes. Enter your first name or screen name, and the email address of your parent or legal guardian. DreamWorks will contact your parent or legal guardian by email to confirm that he or she has read these official rules and privacy policy, and that they consent to your entering the sweepstakes. The parent or legal guardian will then have the option of registering the child for the sweepstakes by visiting the link provided in the email. 5. DRAWING : Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or by the closing date of September 30, 2005. All decisions of DreamWorks are final. 6. PRIZE : Prize is a trip for each winner and his or her legal guardian or parent) to attend the 2005 Breeders’ Cup World Thoroughbred Championships at Belmont Park in Elmont , New York on October 29. Approximate value of prize for each winner is $5,000. Prize consists of:
The trip includes roundtrip coach airfare from the nearest airport hub of winner to New York City, New York, three (3) nights accommodations (one room, double occupancy) on October 27, 28 and 29, 2005 at a hotel selected by the NTRA, admission tickets to the VIP hospitality suite at the 2005 Breeders’ Cup World Thoroughbred Championships plus roundtrip transportation between the hotel and Belmont Park (total estimated value approximately $2,500 per person). Winner and legal guardian or parent must be available to travel in accordance with airline departure schedules and seating availability and availability of hotel space. If either the winner or legal guardian or parent is unable to travel by the designated type of transportation for any reason, the winner and legal guardian or parent must make their own arrangements for an alternate form of transportation. Winner’s parent or legal guardian must accompany winner. If winner’s parent or legal guardian is unable to travel with winner, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to another entrant. Certain blackout dates may apply. All other expenses, including liability for any taxes, are the responsibility of winner and winner’s parent or legal guardian. Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes may not be substituted. 7. CHANCES OF WINNING : Many persons will enter, but
only three entrants will win a prize. 9. PUBLICITY : Acceptance of prize constitutes permission by winner and winner’s parent or legal guardian to use, where permitted by law , the names, hometowns and likenesses of each for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.

DISCLAIMER : DreamWorks and/or its participating members are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable or destroyed entries resulting from any reason, including: any hardware or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions; typographical or system errors; problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers or computer equipment; or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at a Web site, or any combination thereof. DreamWorks also is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from entering the sweepstakes, downloading any material for the sweepstakes or other telecommunications malfunctions that may limit an entrant’s ability to participate. DreamWorks may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning the prize, if in its sole discretion it determines you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sweepstakes representatives. If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of DreamWorks that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, DreamWorks reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, DREAMWORKS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
